1. Low misjudgment rate

GDA2 integrates four commonly used detectors (IMS, PID, MOS, EC) and divides them into eight channels. During detection, eight channels simultaneously intake air and respond, generating eight detection signals. This series of signals is equivalent to a set of gas codes or fingerprints. GDA2 corresponds the detected set of codes to the fingerprint library stored internally for qualitative and quantitative analysis. This method greatly reduces the misjudgment rate of the instrument technically.

2. Wide detection range

Due to the integration of four detection technologies, theoretically GDA2 can achieve the detection of volatile chemical substances. Currently, GDA2 has calibrated over 300 libraries, including common inorganic gases VOC、 Electronic gases, chemical warfare agents, and so on. Moreover, GDA2's library is open and can be added later. For gases that customers are very concerned about, if they are not in the library, we can create and add them later.

3. Short detection time

The response time is 2 seconds shorter and no longer than one minute. The preheating time of GDA2 is short, and in emergency situations, it can even skip preheating and be detected directly by turning on the machine. It is a truly responsive instrument.

4. Easy to operate

For emergency instruments, operability is important. GDA2 only has two buttons, and you can learn how to use it in five minutes.

5. Multiple operating modes

a. Source seeking mode: Automatically adjust the dilution ratio until the leakage source is found

b. Environmental monitoring modeMonitoring with low dilution ratio, suitable for routine atmospheric environment monitoring

c. PID mode: Under known gas conditions, use PID mode to select a reference substance for more accurate quantitative analysis of the gas

d. Surface residue analysis mode:GDA2 has an infrared heating lamp, which is installed on the air inlet during use. It can heat and evaporate solid or difficult to evaporate liquids for detection

e. IMS (Chemical Warfare Agent) detection modeThis mode is only applicable when there is suspicion of the presence of chemical warfare agents. In IMS mode, only the ion migration detector works to ignore interference from other conventional gases.

6. Multiple application levels

GDA2 is not only an on-site testing tool, but also has specialized analysis software, so there are three levels of use for GDA2:

a. Basic operational level: able to use GDA2 for on-site testing, able to set dilution ratios, able to select testing modes (can be learned in five minutes)

b. Proficiency level:After using GDA2 for a period of time, as long as you see the strip-shaped signal on the screen, you can roughly determine which type of gas it is, especially in the case where there is no such gas in the gallery, you can estimate the characteristics and types of gas based on experience. Can determine various information about on-site gas through the response curve on the software.

c. Professional usage level:Familiar with the characteristics of various sensors, understand the qualitative and quantitative principles of GDA2, and be able to create detection spectra for GDA2.

7. Low detection limit

The detection limit of GDA2 varies for different gases, ranging from a few PPBs to tens of PPMZs.

8. Low daily maintenance workload

The device is plug-in and has dedicated maintenance channels and tools, making maintenance work extremely simple, convenient, and fast.
